When this is not the right fit
We'd rather tell you now than sell you the wrong thing.
- Many concurrent users editing the same records, or strict per-user permissions. Sheets isn't a database. → Custom software
- Heavy volumes (hundreds of thousands of rows, real-time processing), where Apps Script quotas will hurt.
- You don't use Google Workspace and don't want to.
We'll tell you on the call. When it's a real fit, starting on Sheets and moving later is often still the cheapest path.
