Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods
MageSheet specializes in providing non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of software source code, Google Apps Script files, and Magento extensions. Due to the digital nature of our products—where the full source code is entirely exposed and accessible immediately upon download (or sharing of the Google Drive / Google Apps Script file)—we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product link is sent.
2. Exceptional Circumstances (The 14-Day Rule)
We stand by the quality of our code. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can occur. We will honor requests for a refund within 14 days of your original purchase ONLY under the following strict conditions:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to mailing issues or system errors, you do not receive a delivery e-mail or access link.
- Major Defects: The software contains a critical, reproducible bug causing it to completely fail at its advertised core function, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working patch within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 business hours).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that we will firmly decline refund requests based on the following reasons:
- You changed your mind after downloading or copying the source code.
- You do not have the sufficient technical knowledge or required infrastructure (e.g., active Google Workspace account, proper Magento version) to use the software, despite the prerequisites being clearly stated on the product page.
- Third-party API changes, pricing modifications, or service deprecations (e.g., OpenAI API limits or Google Cloud quotas) that affect the functionality of the script.
- Conflicts with third-party Magento modules, custom themes, or heavily modified environments that fall outside a standard, clean installation.
- You simply state "it does not work" but refuse to provide detailed error logs, screenshots, or reasonable administrative access for our support team to investigate the claim.
4. Dispute Process & Chargebacks
Before filing an unwarranted dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor (e.g., Gumroad, Stripe), we strongly urge you to contact our support team. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after acquiring our proprietary source code constitutes digital theft. We reserve the right to contest such chargebacks by providing the payment gateway with proof of download/transfer, and we may suspend your software license and access to future updates permanently.
5. Submitting a Request
If you firmly believe you qualify for a refund due to an unresolvable technical defect, please forward your order receipt along with a detailed description of the error to info@magesheet.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for our technical team to review and respond.
