End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Yusuf Pangal, operating as MageSheet ("Licensor"), for the software products, scripts, source code, and associated media and printed materials (collectively, "Software Product").
By installing, copying, downloading, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software Product.
1. Grant of License
Upon receipt of payment, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software Product strictly in accordance with the pricing tier you purchased.
- Standard / Single-Use License: You may install and use the Software Product for your own personal use or for a single business entity (e.g., a single Google Workspace domain or a single Magento storefront).
- Custom+ / Agency License: If specifically agreed upon in a Custom tier contract, you may deploy the software across multiple instances owned by your direct clients, provided you do not resell the software as a standalone product.
2. Restrictions on Use
You may NOT (and you may not permit anyone else to):
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sub-license, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software Product as a standalone item.
- Incorporate the Software Product into a larger Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform intended for commercial resale without our explicit written permission.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice or label (including copyright and trademark notices) on the Software Product.
- Publish or publicly share the un-obfuscated source code on public repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) or forums.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Software Product is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software Product, including all copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein.
4. Un-obfuscated Source Code
Our standard products are delivered with 100% un-obfuscated, readable source code (unless explicitly stated otherwise). This is provided solely to allow you to audit the code for security purposes or to execute minor internal adjustments. This transparency does not waive our copyright claims. You may not claim authorship of the code, nor may you derive competing products from it.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the Software Product and immediately delete all copies (full or partial) of the source code.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. THE LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
