Academision started as the system we built for an Istanbul sports academy with 5 facilities and several sports. Registration, collections and announcements ran on Excel and WhatsApp groups. Now every athlete has one record, linked to attendance, payments, report cards and notifications.

Yes. We built it for an Istanbul sports academy with 5 facilities and several sports. Academision is the version of that system we now set up for other academies, under their own brand.
Yes. The panel and both apps are set up with your name, logo and colours, so parents and coaches see your academy.
Yes. Academision sends parents a payment link; they pay by card on your bank's or payment provider's secure 3D Secure page, and the payment is matched to the right instalment automatically. It runs through your academy's own virtual POS (merchant account), which we connect during setup. Bank transfer and paying at the desk keep working alongside it.
The interface is in Turkish today. If you need another language, tell us on the call and we'll scope it as part of your setup.
Academision is a one-time setup fee plus an annual licence. We quote after a short demo call, once we've seen how your institution works. There's no obligation.
