For an Istanbul sports academy with 5 facilities and several sports, we replaced Excel and WhatsApp groups with a web admin panel and one mobile app with parent and coach roles.
Modules include lead and trial-lesson tracking, registration, instalment plans with payment reminders and online card payment links, groups and sessions, offline attendance, report cards with an approval flow, measurements, announcements with push notifications, contracts with digital acceptance, and multi-branch roles with an audit log. It's backed by about 2,250 automated tests. We now offer it as a product: Akademio.
We have also designed offline-first field reporting for construction crews, where data is entered once on site and flows through to the invoice.
