Mobile apps

Mobile apps for the people who aren't at a desk

If your coaches, field crews or customers need to record or receive information on the move, a mobile app does it better than a shared spreadsheet or a WhatsApp group. We build iOS and Android apps from a single codebase and connect them to your admin panel. That covers role-based screens, push notifications and offline use where signal is poor.

Who it's for

  • Businesses with staff in the field: coaches, technicians, site crews, drivers
  • Organisations that communicate with members, parents or customers through WhatsApp groups today
  • Teams that already have a back office (or Sheets) and need a mobile front end for it

What we build

  • One app with different roles (e.g. staff vs. customer), from one codebase for iOS and Android
  • Offline data entry that syncs when the connection returns
  • Push notifications and announcements
  • Forms, checklists, photo capture and reports from the field
  • Connection to a custom back office, or to Google Sheets for smaller set-ups

Proof

For a 5-facility Istanbul sports academy, we built one iOS/Android app with parent and coach roles alongside the web admin panel. Coaches take attendance offline at the pitch or pool. Parents get announcements, report cards and payment reminders as push notifications instead of messages buried in group chats. It's now available as Akademio.

We have also designed offline-first field reporting for construction crews.

How we work

  1. Free discovery call
  2. Map the screens each role needs
  3. Build, with test versions on your own phone early
  4. Store submission support and handover

When this is not the right fit

We'd rather tell you now than sell you the wrong thing.

  • A mobile-friendly web form or Google Form would do the job. That's cheaper, with no store review, and we'll suggest it.
  • You need an app but have no back office or data behind it yet. We'd start there.
  • Games or consumer apps that live or die on marketing. That's not our focus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

Yes, from a single codebase, so you don't pay for two separate apps.

It can. We design offline-first where your users need it: data is saved on the phone and syncs when the connection returns.

For small set-ups, yes. As data and users grow, we usually recommend a proper back office. Moving later doesn't mean starting over.

We prepare the builds and handle the store submission and review with you. Publishing under your own developer accounts is usually best, so the listing stays yours.

Code we build specifically for you is yours. Licensing for our own products (like Akademio) is agreed in the quote.
